Sashiko Stitching :: 1/30 (11a - 1p)
Learn the basics of a traditional Japanese embroidery style of reinforcement or decorative stitching called Sashiko (or "little stabs"). We'll talk about the techniques behind this newly popular form of hand-stitching and then stitch a colorful 12"x12" linen panel with cotton thread. This class is beginner friendly and includes all materials needed (panel, thread, and sashiko needle). Join us for a fun & meditative stitch-session.

Required Materials: You don't need to bring anything special. A Sashiko Panel kit ($20 value) is included in the price of your workshop and you'll select your panel and thread of choice as well as receive a pack of needles. This class is very beginner friendly; no previous stitching experience necessary!
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made a week or more prior to the workshop date in order to receive a full refund. No refunds or class makeups are given for failure to attend or cancellations within 7 days. If a class is cancelled by TINT or the instructor, a full refund will be given to the students.
